1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bivol ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Bivol is a multi-tenant business management platform providing CRM, sales, purchase, inventory, invoicing, and AI-powered analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each account is associated with a single organization (tenant) and must not be shared between unrelated organizations.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.
• Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity will be terminated immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Use automated means to scrape or access the Platform without written consent.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our authorization.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership over your business data. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data from our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is the intellectual property of Bivol. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without express written permission.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bivol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
